R' Tzvi Elimelech Shapira of Bluzhov ben R' Dovid of Dinov, wrote Tzvi Latzadik

R' Moshe ben Shlomo Rokeach(1939) Kiev-Zlotchover Rebbe. He is a descendent of R' Elazar of Amsterdam. He is buried in Mount Judah Cemetery in Queens, NY.
