R' Moshe Chaim Ephraim of Sudlikov - Author of Degel Machaneh Ephraim. He was the son of Reb Yechiel Michel Ashkenazi, known as Der Deitshel, and Udel (the Hebrew letters spell "Aish Dos Lomo") the holy daughter of the Baal Shem Tov.
