Reb Mordechai ben Reb Avrohom Jaffe ZY”A – talmid of the Rama and Maharshal, wrote 10 sform call the Levushim, most famous is the Levush on Shulchon Aruch.
Rav Eliyahu Dovid ben Reb Binyamin Rabinowitz-Tumim, the Aderes – passed away in 5665-1905. He was Rov of Yerushalayim. Interestingly, he was a descendent of the Levush, whose yahrzeit is also today. He was also a descendent of the Chacham Tzvi. See here for more information.
