Thanks, I guess that's why they didn't say Tachanun this morning in the Sanz shtibel in Tzfas!

8 Elul - R' Michoel Ashkenazi (1889) was a Rov in Arab Soba, Syria.
The town should be Aram Tzova, please correct, thanks!

The Syrian Jews pronounce it "Aram Soba", in the same way they call a "tzadik" a "sadik", so either way is correct.
